AI Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Compliance Specialist to help develop and implement governance frameworks for our enterprise clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance across different industries and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI governance frameworks and policies for regulated industries
• Monitor and analyze emerging AI regulations and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on compliance features
• Conduct compliance assessments and gap analyses for client implementations
• Create educational materials on AI compliance best practices

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Law, Policy, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or policy roles
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities
