AI Research Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional AI Research Scientist to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing novel AI governance algorithms and frameworks that address complex regulatory requirements in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives to develop cutting-edge AI governance algorithms
• Design and implement compliance-aware neural network architectures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into production systems
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI safety, ethics, and regulatory frameworks
• Publish high-quality research papers in top-tier conferences and journals

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong publication record in AI safety, interpretability, or governance
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Excellent programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
• Knowledge of causal inference and uncertainty quantification
• Background in reinforcement learning with human feedback
• Experience with anomaly detection systems
