Enterprise UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise UX Designer to create intuitive, powerful interfaces for our AI governance platform. You will design experiences that enable users to navigate complex compliance requirements and technical information with ease and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered workflows for AI monitoring and governance
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing with enterprise customers
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design implementation quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design for complex enterprise applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating information architecture skills
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and governance systems
• Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and practices
