These Terms govern your use of AKIOUD AI sites and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the open-source AKIOS OSS, the GPL-3 license applies to that codebase in addition to these Terms for our sites and managed offerings.

Accounts & access
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and ensure your use complies with law. If you access managed beta or Pro features, additional contract terms prevail where they conflict with these Terms.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful use.
- No attempts to breach or bypass security, rate limits, or sandbox policies.
- No misuse of the Services to build competing data sets from our content.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in our Services, branding, and documentation. Use of AKIOS OSS is under GPL-3. Third-party components remain under their respective licenses.
Confidentiality
If we share non-public information (e.g., design partner materials), you must protect it and use it only to evaluate or use the Services.
Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Warranties & disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Services is limited to €100 or the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 3 months before the claim, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or present security/abuse risk. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain sections (IP, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the courts of Paris, France.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be signaled on this page.
